Lol. I was skeptical too. I rinsed them under the faucet with hot water and gently scrubbed them with my fingers. It worked apparently.

...okay. I really need to stop mass setting quail without marking them. More in the turners hatching. I wrote it down but I thought they all made it to the Hatcher.

I'm using colored markers to make a solid circle on the big end, then write down which color is due to hatch which day. I have 5 possibilities I can put in one incubator: unmarked, red, blue, green, and black.

That's the only way I know to mark the coturnix eggs where you can see the marking.

And I just won a peafowl auction Well, wish me luck. Also I think this might mean that I won't have room to incubate my next batch of cemanis...guess I better think about selling some eggs, lol.

Was anyone interested in my Ameraucana auction at all? I want to sell one more batch before I start saving eggs for myself again. $30 BIN? That will get me what I need for my Bielefelders, too.
