Chat Thread for the New Crazy 24 hour Auction

So I am wanting to post an auction, but I have no idea on how shipping works. Like what size box, and how much it costs. Does anyone know what size box I should use for 6 eggs and how much it would cost? Thanks!

If you have a comp and printer you can set up an account through USPS.com and shipping is cheaper... but otherwise the Medium flat rate box is smallest I would ever go for eggs and it's $13.85, I think... Large flat rate box is $18.65, or close to that, if you want to double box...

Thank you very much!

I use the #7 priority box 12 x 12 x 8 and a regional rate A box . I but bubble pouches off eBay . Put eggs in bubble pouches then into the regional A box . I cushion around the small box when it goes into the # 7 box . Foam egg cartons opened may fit into bottom or sides . Packing peanuts if you have any to reuse . Air pouches can be reused if you get any . Crumpled newspaper also works . Zip lock type bags can be used for air cushion . I can get better postage cost on the #7 by weight than the flat rate in most cases . Exception is really long trips . West coast , Florida and Alaska often exceed $15.00 .
