I got my eggs from Bama1 today and couldn't be happier! Only one casualty but I took a look at its yolk and it was definitely fertile! It's kinda hard to make out the bullseye but no worries it's there!

My husband looked at it like a pregnancy test. We got to see that one is fertile so that's a win. I have gotten packages where the box had been ripped open and taped back up this one was in the best shape possible. You did an eggclient job lol I couldn't be happier!
Several years ago when I first got the chicken fever I ordered a lot of eggs in the mail. Boy that was an eye opener. I received the good the bad and the ugly as far as eggs and packaging goes. Nothing worse than receiving a ball of mud/egg, wrapped in a Kleenex, and mailed in an egg carton with a label on it... True story. So I try to mail eggs like I want to receive eggs, fertile, reasonably clean, and packaged well. Even though through all the care I put in I still hate to see a broken egg. Rough postal service kicking the boxes lol
Any dozen eggs over $2 is expensive! even if they're organicThose are some terrible wrap jobs.... Even my husband, who has never packaged eggs, was amazed. We got in some (expensive to us) eggs a while back that were de-str-oyed. Wrapped in Kleenex, no padding, in an egg carton type thing. Ladycat I know what you mean there!! The egg carton was then ZIP LOCKED in an attempt to hold it together??
