I hope they all hatch for you! Since they weren't shipped, they should hatch good!

Personal Preference....some people let them st 12-24hrs and then put them in the incubator in the turners.I'm getting conflicting advice on hatching shipped eggs. I know to let them sit for 24hrs before placing them in the incubator. Should they go on the turner or not? And how long before they start getting turned? I've never hatched shipped eggs before. I want to do everything right to give them a good chance to hatch. Thanks.
Well muscovy duck eggs specifically are different because they take 35days on average to hatch....so the longest of chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, guineas etc.So duck eggs are treated different? These are turkey eggs. I did post on the turkey thread too. I value everyones opinion and I am hoping to get some good advice from the chicken shippers/hatchers. One day I'm going to hatch some of Ladycats dark marans eggs. Hubby jumped the gun and bought these turkey eggs now.
It missed the truck again?? That's pretty lame. Or have they lost it and are stalling while they try to find it!! Where did you order it from?
Wow, I'm surprised there's such a shipping fiasco with Amazon. I live in boondocks Iowa and get things right on time from them. Have you had some of that cold/nasty weather? (TX is a big place). Hope the weekend flies by for you and it gets there on Monday!Amazon. It was cheaper than ordering directly from Avian Webs or whatever they're called.
