Had a wild turkey hen hanging out with my birds today. Ran her off but she kept coming back. A couple weeks ago I had a huge gobbler! I took pictures of him.
I'm selling my 3 guinea hens.Strutting for guineas, lol... Jem's baby turkey strut was adorable...
My neighbor wants us to get guineas, have them free range ours and their property...

I have 4 but I call the royal purple one duck guinea. It grew up with Anconas and thinks it's an ancona. It hates the other guineas and the others are bullying everyone. I've had enough.
Quote: I think that can be debatable. I love captive raised duck (smoked it good), but wild duck you call, shoot and eat is not quite the same. I cant stand it. My husband being born and raised in LouisiAnA, what can I say....... it must be genetic.
