Tell your Mom she is being smart for protecting you and not letting you
go in chat rooms. Then tell her there are several kids in the BYC chat and
it's the only chat at least one of those kids are allowed to go in.

Ask your mom to join you and don't give out your age or any personal info.

Might it be a good idea for all the BYC parents to plan a chat night for the kids?
And have a couple of adults on chat to make sure things stay under control?
