We finally bought our own stainless tub plucker.
We are going to offer to local folks for a small daily fee in order to help others in the area be able to process their own chickens.

I have 4 POL Norwegian Jaerhon hens and a rooster for sale. Norwegian Jaerhons are small hens and are excellent layers of medium to large white/off white eggs. I live in the Copper Basin Area (Turtletown) I am about 50 minutes from Cleveland. If anyone is interested PM me. This is a picture of the young hens mothers.
