Our local grocery store, Albertsons, has 4 oz frozen salmon fillets for $1 each! They are in the freezer section, little pouches of frozen fish. They are designed to be a single serving of fish. I used 2 forks and flaked up the fish, then cut up the skin, so everyone could get some. I think I might stock up on these. They are a great winter protein. treat! They have other varieties, too, like pollock, tilapia, scallops.
