We have 2 does due on March 8 (my 7 year olds birthday) and another due the first week of April. We have a bit of wait yet but I can't wait for the babies to get here. Until then I will just continue to enjoy the pics of babies from everyone else.

I moved a ewe into our garden this morning to keep a better eye on her. She's bagged-up, her hind end is very swollen and protruded. And, the real reason I knew it's imminent is she's being hormonal. She charged after our herding dog, rather than running with teh other sheep. That's always a sure sign something's close.

No kids yet? Our Cashmere is getting really possesive of the stall, she appears to have dropped some, but has not bagged up. She has a wonderful udder and no cashmere this year so I am hoping she milks well. My ewe on the other hand has some time left, but she is really getting maternal with the piglets... weird!
