Check my counting for hatch date ....please!

I have duck eggs in the incubator that were put in on August 28. They take 28 days so I should take them out of the turner on day 25 (Sept.22) and they should hatch on Day 28 (Sept. 25) Is that right....i'm only asking because i counted over it so many times and I always get a different answer.

I got them from redhen in a contest....they are mixed
Hens
Blue Runner
Rouen
2 Magpies

Drakes
Crested Magpie
Crested Blue Swedish

I cant wait because not only will most of the ducklings be crested, they will have really interesting colors...what if a blue magpie hatches out??
