i have a hen that looks just like the third pic, very upright. i bought a pair, thought this particular one was the roo, then she laid an egg while staying by herself at a neighbors.

Well I honestly think it's a girl, I can compare to others and when I pick her up she makes noises of a girl and the blue one everyone said is a girl on the other post I made and asked sounds like it's almost crowing. Oh well I will inform everyone soon and revive this thread.
