Chest/neck Bloated and lethargic

Started laying less than 2 months ago. Just found her alone. lethargic. Neck/chest puffed up. Crop feels hard. Free ranges but has grain every day.

Not sure she has laid for a couple of days either as I gave been an egg short for two days.

The people I bought her from think she is egg bound so going to start with an epson salt bath and go from there.
