Sell the eggies !!! People always love buying fresh eggs !! Or, if you have a health food store around they buy them for good money sometimes !!

Give them away to friends, family, and coworkers, or cook them up and give your hard-working girls a well deserved treat!

I'm a terrible enabler, so watch out.

Why don't you freeze some for the winter for when they're not laying?

-Cindy in MA

So how do you freeze the eggs? I accidentally froze some last winter. My kitchen fridge was too full, so i put some eggs that i was given in the little fridge in our camper. It was plugged in, but i discovered that it barely needed to run during the winter, becasue the unheated uninsulated camper got as cold as outdoors. More than that, when the temps were in the teens or lower, the items in the camper fridge actually froze. I had gallons of milk that froze as well as a couple dozen eggs that froze in their shells! The shells cracked of course. I'm sure this is not a good way to do it! I thawed them in my house fridge, then made scrambled eggs to use them up quickly.
