LOL we can try switching Milford to 9 but I was there at 7 30 and Dave and Heather beat me and so didnt a few others lol.
and here I thought I was so clever getting everything done the night before. LOL nope I was still late compared to them.

Both are fine with me, majority will rule, waiting to hear from Dave, Heather, Janet etc etc
everyone needs to weigh in so we can be sure everyone is a happy camper, even though weather has not allowed for camping as yet.

Would anyone be interested in a free Barred Rock Hen? She was the sole survivor of a predator attack several weeks ago. She's missing some tail feathers, but was otherwise unharmed (except psychologically).

I now have an incredibly well fortified coop and electric fence, but she refuses to come inside (actually, I'm not even sure I can catch her so I can give her away), and I just can't take the stress of having everyone else locked up tight every night, and poor Jude (my son named her) hiding under the far corner of my porch. I never know if I'll wake up to her being torn apart or missing, and I just feel like she might be better off somewhere else.

My new flock merrily marches into the coop every evening, and I go lock the gate and wire the electric fence....But even though Jude gets along with all the other birds, she just won't join them!!!!!

Any suggestions or takers?-Gail
