Chick acting funny…

She is still eating and will hold her head up when I pick her up and when she eats. But she holds her head like this… and rubs it back and forth some.
I switched to medicated food I’ve added some Brewer’s yeast and a little vitamin E to her food when I feed her. They have food in the brooder, but I’ve been pulling her out to make sure she is eating. It’s been going on 3-4 days. Thanks
