Chicken has soft swollen spot under beak

My Cochin around 3 years old has been acting really fatiqued the past few days and has a swollen area under her beak, it feels soft and i dont think she feels pain when i press on it, shes still strong and perks up when theres food, she eats well and drinks enough, Ive been giving her disinfectant medication and not sure what it could be.

Could it be an insect sting?

In any case check the inside of her mouth for foreign objects or lesions/canker.

Can you see her tongue, does it look normal?

Nothing seems wrong inside her beak and theres no obvious signs of insect bites, when shes left alone she sits or lays down closes her eyes and gets pale, but immediately returns to a healthy red color when picked up or fed.
