I know how hard it is not to get involved, but let the little one rest, they'll be cheeping pooping machines before you know it! Be very very sure before you start an assisted hatch, especially with it being an unknown hatch date and just a guess at when they were due. Pair that with your last minute incubator.... then their hatch date could be off by a little bit.
