Chick born with open navel!

Hey everyone. I just hatched some button quail eggs and one chick hatched without the yolk completely absorbed. There was a bit hanging from his navel. I quickly separated him and he's all fluffy and active now. The yolk has dried but is still hanging there. Should I leave it alone? Any comments would really help!
