Chick born with twisted leg

I tied the feet together like you do with spraddle leg but it’s still as twisted as before. the chick is also dry but not fluffed out and seems to have wry neck too.

I would cull the chick. If you try to save it and it survives and you keep it with your flock. It will not go well since chickens seem to target the weak. Understand it's future outcome then decide.
