chick breathing trouble?

Not sure if we have a problem or not.
1 week old chick is breathing with its whole body. Under the throat is heaving all the way to the tail bobbing with every breath.
Seems to be happy,eating, drinking, poops normal, lots of energy but it smaller than the chicks born the day before it.

What kind of wood shavings are you using? I know that pine and cedar especially are bad for their respiratory system, or something of that sort.

we use pine stall shavings, never had any issues with it before. I thought cedar was the bad one for chicks?
