chick cant stand

i had a baby turkey just hatch and it cant seem to get off from its back...it just spins in circles. Its neck leans to the left...crooked like.

any thoughts on what causes this? what should i do?

A couple of doses of Poly-Vi-Sol would not be out of line at this point. I have only a passing knowledge of turkey poults, but I do know poultry in general, and when they first hatch a good bet is that if they have an obvious problem a dose of water soluble vitamins is not going to hurt and may be of some help.
