I agree it will be okay for a couple of days. Are you also feeding it grass, and or greens? That will help too.Will it do for now before proper stuff arrives? Will it do her harm? Would i be better off feeding her something else before proper gosling food comes?
When they are younger I usually pick grass, and chop it smaller with a scissors for them. Since geese mainly eat grass it's good to increase it daily for them. Fresh young grass has a lot of nutrients.I've taken her out onto the grass to have a nibble and a tug, as she does that to everything else, but seems only mildly interested in the lawn. She's eaten picked grass I've given her and some salad leaves as well.
It will do briefly. The medicated bit isn’t harmful to waterfowl, but the low amount of B vitamins is.
I notice the medication is lasolocid sodium, not the amprolium we most commonly see in the USA. Is that still okay?
