With all the chicks I had, they all chatter. I recently got this one today but she doesn’t speak much at all. She has a roommate with her, but she doesn’t really interact with them. She eats and drinks but she is just really quiet and it really worries me.

I had eight chicks all at once and none of them made any noise until they grew up and now I have two very noisy one year olds!

How's her eating, drinking and grooming? Were they in the same brooder when you bought them?

We got four chicks late April, all from a different brooder and they didn't make a sound for 24 hrs and my RIR took a couple of weeks to join in on the fun!

ditto, I've had a bird quiet till almost a year old. That apart, yours may be a young 'independent hen' : one that spends quite a lot of time doing her own thing and minding her own business.
Those are the best kind of hens, quiet and independent. The two that I have that are noisy are very anxious and do not like any little change with the coop. It really upsets them and they pay attention to what everybody else is doing and raise a big fuss if they don’t like it.

My two loud girls are the same way. My sweet Buff Orp, Henrietta, used to be super quiet and calm but they've infected her with their vocal talents  Thankfully she's still calm, if a bit loud.

Lol, my noisiest one is my Buff Orpington, her eyes get really big and it is like she is having this screaming fit whenever she doesn’t like something.
