Chick emergency please people help

I just checked my hen and her 2 day old chicks and so I found on of the chicks lying on the ground so I brought it back inside with me and to warm it up. I found his head on the right side full of insects small tiny white creatures and the chick was shivering any advice plz

Sounds like mites. If mama has them or the coop has then, chicks can get them and because they're so small, those bugs can do a lot of damage quickly

When they're hungry enough to bite people, time to get the hose and more dust out. Before that point too, but that's when you know its a problem

cleaning won't do any good (although yes clean before treating), you'll need proper mite treatment for the birds.
And some diatomaceous earth to sprinkle in the corners of the coop. It's a natural pesticide safe to use in coops

I don't know where to start it's a dirty one I will build a new one I think it is the best choice

Dude the horrible thing is that I am not serious about my chickens I feel so sorry for them
