Shivering is a very good sign when they're being warmes. It is possible or looks and feels like small seizures, but it means they're becoming warm enough for their body to start trying to regulate again. A heated rice bag and warm hairdryer are great for when these things happen

I also would treat for coccidia if you see the blood in poop. Being cold should not cause this

But the other ones that are huddled together means the area isnt warm enough, right?

Make them as warm as possible until they mill around again.
Treat them for cocci if you see any more evidence of this (with medicated feed if possible), but put vinegar to worm them, because my chicks had V. bloody droppings and it was worms.

Yes. They're still warm enough to try and regulate temperature though. It's when they're too cold to shiver and by themselves that they lose that ability to try and stay warm

Give them all straight corid by mouth. That will give a quicker response.
A couple of drops each for the next couple of days along with in their water.
