Chick gender by looking at wings

You cannot tell the gender of a chick by looking at its wings, unless the parents were specifically chosen and crossed to create chicks that are sexable in this way. And even then, you can only tell when they are a day or two old.

Wing feather sexing is not universal, it is a sex linked trait that must be selectively bred for and the "reading" must be done within three days of hatch. Plenty of anecdotal claims to the contrary to be found, but science is science. These photos will yield nothing more than guesses with 50/50 chance of being right.
