Chick has a Swollen Stomach / Stomach Ulcer, what to do?

Exactly what the title says :C we've never seen this before, but a chick (4-5 days old) has a huge red swell on her stomach.

No idea what caused this or how, but we're pretty sure it developed in the past 1-2 days? It only began affecting her movement this morning. Please help!

sombody else might give u an idea on how to treat em

I would apply some Betadine or Equate First Aid solution 10% povidone iodine (from Walmart first aid to the area to help it dry up.
