Actually, he can’t feel his eyes…He can still feel his eye… it’s ok if he’s blind. I just want him to pull through, even if he doesn’t live.

Bulging eyes can be a common birth defect. There are a lot of threads on BYC about them in one or both eyes. Most are blind. Some of the chicks died. The eyes can be very enlarged and then deflate. I haven’t seen this in chicks that I have incubated. You can use Terramycin eye ointment, Vetericycn eye gel or plain Neosporin ointment in the eyes to lubricate them. Here is a thread about some of these:

Also, is bulging eyes genetic? Can my chick pass it down to their chicks?Bulging eyes can be a common birth defect. There are a lot of threads on BYC about them in one or both eyes. Most are blind. Thank you so very much, I really appreciate it. I’ll be happy with having her around.Oh, I would not hatch chicks from this chicken. Hopefully, she will live a good life, but many of these chickens may end up blind or die. The Vetricyn is fine to use. The Terramycin is an antibiotic and a lubricant.
I agree with @Eggcessive , you'll want to keep them lubricated so they don't dry out. A friend of mine had a bird with it, and had a lot of issues with flies getting in her eyes as an adult. Watch her closely in fly season, she might need to be kept in a garage or something to avoid the flies. Or yours might not have that issue, you never know. Just thought I'd mention it in case.

Also, be prepared to flush her eyes often if she won't blink.
