Chick hatched, part of yolk sac left out?!?!

So, I KNEW it would happen with this chick, but the chick does not seemed to have absorbed all the yolk.

It is completely out of the egg and drying off. The yolk sac is already "dead" looking and is drying.

Should I "tie" it off using some string and hope for the best, allow it to fall off itself...

Any ideas?

I'd say just let it dry and fall off
