Chick hatched with some yolk attached

The first chick that hatched has a little bit of yolk still attached. The second chick that hatched does not. That is all that has hatched at this point.

What do I do? Will it absorb or fall off on its own? It seems tired and like its left leg is injured while the other chick is very chipper and moving around.

That does not look like yolk. It's just hatching gunk.

X2 nothing to worry about - just some poop from inside the egg before hatching.
