Chick hatched with swollen yellow belly?

Not sure what's wrong with my chick (born yesterday). I've uploaded a photo of Its belly. Its otherwise very active and strong. Any ideas?

sure looks it, i would put some neosporin/betadine on it and a bandaid, make sure that it doesnt drag on HWC and rupture

Yes, mine wasn't this big. I separated Easter from the rest for almost 2 weeks. She's a spunky 5 week old chick now.

It's quite dry and doesn't drag on the ground or anything. She/he in the incubator with one other chick with a severely deformed leg

Can I ask where the eggs you are hatching came from?
You own hens, did you have them shipped to you?

i would still put something on it
it will eventually dry up and fall off
