Chick hatched with yolk sac attached...should i try to trim it?

it sounds like the sac is leaking everywhere...but the chick is alive...how can i possibly save him?
Don't cull the chick! I heard from other people that had this experience and their chicks survived. Some of the people just separated the chick, others held the leaking areas till the chick could absorb it, if it was "popped" they would gather the organs and place them on a paper towel (still attached to the chick of course) and securely wrap the towel to the back area, while other people clamped the sac (if there are no organs) and trimmed it off after holding it for a while. Do something, not do nothing. I hope your chick survives.

Same happened to me today. Its sibling is in there as well. Should i take sibling out quickly? and leave baby with yolk by itself?
Mine didn't survive because the sac was broken
Remove him from the incubator immediately
You don't want other chicks to beak its sac
Roll a towl around it then put it in a small box with enough vent holes and put the whole thing in the incubators, not gonna say it works but thats all you can do
There's a low chance that the chick will absorb the sac

I'm dealing with the same thing. Egg was foaming through the pip hole, so I think the chick somehow ruptured the yolk sac while trying to hatch.

I tied off the umbilical cord, wrapped her in a towel to keep her separate from the other chick that had hatched, and put her back in the incubator. I tried to give her a little sugar water but she seemed repulsed and I'm not sure she took any in.

I expected her to have passed overnight but she's still alive. She honestly seems...ok? I was actually popping in to ask how I get her fluffed up if she survives another day. She's covered in egg yolk (not a ton, but enough to look like hair gel and prevent her from fluffing up). I will start a separate post about this, just wanted to let you know so far mine is surviving.
