hello! I have a serama chick that started unzipping around 3am this morning. Around 7:30am, I noticed it’s leg is completely outside of the egg while the rest is still inside. It’s still like this and I believe I may not have the right leverage to fully maneuver its way out. Should I wait a full 24 hrs before trying to intervene? I have another started to pip so I worry about opening the incubator. It’s still kicking it’s one leg that’s out and chirping every once and a while. I included a picture, all advice is appreciated :) Thank you!

I'd go ahead and help ASAP so he doesn't hurt himself. Opening the incubator during lockdown is perfectly fine as long as humidity is kept up.
It looks like he's already zipped all the way around the egg? If so, just open the egg up and he should be able to squirm out.

Thank you! I just had to help pull the membrane off a little bit and just like that he was out!
