My 8 week old chick has a hurt leg. While I was trying to gather her and the others up this morning, I accidentally stepped on her. Needless to say, I feel terrible about this.

She seemed to be walking around normally at first. But, later on she was limping. I checked for breaks, swelling or dislocation. She didn't have any of these.

I put ice on her leg and she's in a large crate with the other chicks. She's laying down with them eating and grooming herself.

Is there anything I should be looking for? Is icing and rest enough?

I would look for any swelling, redness, or bruising of her legs. Watch her walk around to see if the limping continues or improves, and make sure that she is getting enough to eat and drink. If not place her close to a feeding station. She might be able to tolerate 1/4 of a low dose 81 mg aspirin twice a day, placed into some food or a treat. I would just watch her and go from there. Hopefully, the injury will heal.
