Can I ask why you wouldn’t want them in your flock? Just curious

We want chickens that will lay eggs, and we have found mixed “reviews” you could say about BBRs , and we didn’t want to take a chance. It would have been really upsetting to have gotten attached to her/him, and then have to give it up down the road.
