1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Lavender orbs. Maybe 6 days old, smaller then the others.

2) What is the behavior, exactly.
Self isolation, she doesn’t move much, juts doesn’t match the others behavior

3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
We have only had here 24 hours
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No not at all

5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
See pictures

6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
I honestly think it came from the breeder this way, and we are just noticing.

7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.

Yes it is eating and drinking, I just put it on medicated food
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Haven’t been able to check yet, just got it into isolation in a box by itself.

9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
None so far

10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself,
or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
Waiting for ideas from here,

11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
Posted one of the rear and one of the back, you can see the sores.

12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
Picture posted of current brooder.

I am still digging through forum looking for someone else’s post with same issue.

Is that navel healing?
It's good that she's moving around.
How is she doing with eating/drinking?
Poop better and formed?
She is eating ok and drinking fine, I still don’t see any regular poop in the box, so I’ll have to guess she still has runny watery style. I’ll keep watching for a normal one.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you you didn’t have to help, and I really appreciate that you did. Hopefully keeping this clean and ointment on it, will bring her back around. I have to assume we got her this way, from the time I noticed her odd behavior and gave it a few hours watching to see if she was just sleepy, to the time we got the chics was only about 24 hours.

You're very kind:hugs

Yes, I would think she came that way too. I know it's concerning, I do hope that she heals and thrives.

You are doing a good job taking care of her.
Ohh and if you want a good laugh the brooder box is in our bedroom, so we see them and watch them all the time lol. Wife isn’t happy with the sickly one she is constantly chirping (loudly) trying to find her flock mates. Wife keeps saying hush or your the first pot luck dinner lol

LOL
Is the brooder large enough to place a screen divider so she can be near and see the others?
A stuffed animal for her to snuggle with may help a little too.

Has the navel closed up? Anything hanging out of it?
The worry would be another chick picking at that vent and/or navel and causing damage.
Naval looks more closed up still doesn’t look 100% normal yet, it isn’t as red and puffy it looks more natural skin color, with out her fur and all hard to tell how much it’s actually sticking out. For the like bright red dot in the middle way could see last night on the pictures, that appears gone.

She is eating great and pooping normal, after her bath, cleaner, and more antibiotic cream, she pooped like 3 times ( I’m sure we are stressing her a little cleaning and all) poop is green and normal looking, not the watery clear we had.

I was trying to post a video of my little girl, seems she is also laboring to breath, and i am noticing her right breast area seems abnormal. I think you can see it in the picture.

Video won’t attach
