It is not. Can we get pics in better lighting?
It has no muffs, so not an Ameraucana. It has a single comb, not a pea, so definitely not an Ameraucana. It has yellow legs, not slate, so in conclusion if someone sold that baby to me as a pure Ameraucana I would slap them.
