Chick is lethargic

Hi this chick is 3 weeks old last night he was fine along with his 8 other siblings this morning I found him being lethargic barely able to stand just keeps falling over just wants to sleep won’t eat or drink can someone tell me what to do how to help and is he going to make it he is my favourite chick so I want to try and help

No I haven’t but he is shaking and has a little bit of pasty butt

I would give him warm electrolyte water as well as some chopped boiled egg. @coach723

I would give him Nutri-Drench right away if you have it.
I would also treat for coccidiosis using Corid.

I agree with @Tookie, giving corid is a good idea. it won‘t harm him even if he doesn’t have coccidiosis.

How much is a little bit.. if it's plugged it's deadly fast.

How does the little crop look/feel.. is it flat empty, hard full, soft squishy?

It’s soft and squishy but full not hard and he isn’t plugged I have cleaned him up

If he was plugged.. then cleaning him up may have been enough to fix the condition once some time passes and things get moving again.

In that case, I might give poultry nutri drench drops directly administered to the beak just below the nostrils so it rolls around into the mouth and gets swallowed..

BUT I would NOT treat at the same time with Corid since it (PND) contains thiamine which Corid works by mimicking for the coccidia to feed on and be starved out/ slow their growth.. Gotta pick which battle your fighting and go for it.. Is it pasting or coccidiosis or even both?

With the swollen crop I would hedge my bets on the PND (if you're in the US).. considering that to be not a symptom of coccidiosis..
