CHICK MAY HAVE DRANK WATER IN THE WRONG PIPE

My chick, who i have been feeding water medicated and i think he may have drank it in the wrong pipe.

I gave him drops via a syringe.

Do you think he breathed the water instead.
He is acting like that

Do you think he will be okay!?!?
What can i do about him
