CHICK NAMES?

Last year I got 9 straight run chicks from the local feed store, with the understanding that I would keep the pullets and bring back the roos. We named them all after Hollywood starlets: marilyn monroe, Heddy Lamar, Talullah Bankhead, Claudette Cobert, etc. Can you believe it, 8 out of the 9 turned out to be male.....(only Talullah, a RIR, remains). Which only confirms that you can't trust show folk!

This year, we tried again, with sexed chicks this time, and have gone with flower names: Ivy, Fern, Blossum, Buttercup, Daisy....

Dang it. I'm thinking of changing some of my chicks names. As they are growing, I'm finding that their names don't necessarily fit their personalities.

Possible name changes:
Fuzzy Wuzzy - Dalila (guide)
Miss Chippy - Sala (gentle) or Miliani (gentle caress)
Chickie - Addie (short for Deathadder, DH's WOW character)

New chicks:
Salmon Faverolle - Xanthe (again named for another of DH's characters; also means golden)
Delaware - Ballari (walking quietly) or Tulia (calm, quiet)
Blue Andalusian - Lacey (lame I know)

What do you guys think? Yes, I raided a baby naming website.
