Chick naming thread!

I'm looking for name ideas! I've got 5 chicks and only 1 is named so far

Figured this could be a fun thread..
So! I would love to know the breeds and names of your chickens

My buff brahma bantam girls are named Rose and Elanor. They have hobbit names (Samwise's wife and first daughter) because they are mini chickens and have fuzzy (feathered) feet!

Our silkie is called Penny, our two Isa Browns are Mildred (milly) and Girtrude (Girty) and our Silver Laced Speckled Wyandotte is Henrietta All darlings!

All of mine are 3-4 weeks old but they're hatchery chicks so we're hoping they're all girls and ended up naming them on the first day. Like AlpineButterfly I have one named Eleanor, she's an Easter Egger and has puffy cheeks so we named her after the smallest Chipette from the Chipmunks. We have a Black Sex Link named Onyxia after a dragon in the World of Warcraft video game. We have a Rhode Island Red named Phillie because we're originally from PA and big Phillies fans and since she's red it works. The last is Tea, She's a Welsummer and has a stripe down her head and back now as a chick and my boyfriend wanted to name her Mr. T but I refused and insisted on a girl name so Tea was a compromise.

i'm in the same boat as you Brie6895! I have four little fuzzies that are going on 4 days old now

I too have been trying to think of names. my biggest set back is I have no idea whose gonna be a hen and whose gonna be a roo lol. i'm crossing my fingers tightly and hoping they're all hens

one thing I thought of are characters from something I like. like I love the nightmare before Christmas so sally came to mind. one of them is yellow so I was thinking of maybe blonde

We are first time owners. We purchased four week old chicks today. We are huge Downton Abbey fans, so we went with that theme. Our Rhode Island Red is Lady Mary, we have two Gold laced Cochins named Lady Edith and Lady Sybil, and last but not least is Mrs. Patmore. I am excited, but nervous. Hoping we don't lose any.

Mrs. Patmore is a barred rock
