Chick no energy was fine can't support neck

I have a chick that has hatched Friday. It was fine but now it's going down hill it has no energy falls asleep a lot can barely walk or stand up and can't support its neck it also falls over a lot.

We put some sugar in its water hoping that would help. it is doing a bit better now that it has another chick to be with

Sounds like coccidosis. Treat with Amprollium AS SOON AS POSSIBLE! Coccidosis symptoms are like you describe, lethergic,sleepy, puffed up, may or may not have bloody stool.
