Chick no progress hatching in 12 hours!!! Help!!

Ok, so I have a Shaver chick currently hatching, and it pipped about 10-12 hours ago. It's been chirping at me, and the pip is about the size of a third of my pinky nail, the membrane is sticking out, my incubator is at 37 celcius, the humidity is a 59%. I have had four successful hatches two weeks ago (I'm doing several batches) and those were my first. It has the same settings as the last batch, but the pip hasn't grown even a little larger.

What do I do?? Please help!

Just be patient. It can take up to 24 hours.

Thanks for the info! It’s the next day, the crack did get considerably bigger. Unfortunately, this morning, I don’t see it moving and there is a weird spider-webby looking thing on it. Is it dead???

Can you post a picture? I'm not quite sure what you're seeing
