Chick not doing good! What more can I do?? *chick has Passed on*

I scramble an egg with a little milk and put in microwave for 45 seconds. I leave it a little watery. Mush it up and crumble it on floor (in tiny pieces if chicks are very young). Once they taste it, they go crazy for it. One chick grabs a piece and runs and the chase is on. The chicks actually encourage one another to eat. Of course if you have a sick or weak chick you might need to separate it so it can get some food and some rest. You can put a small, quiet friend in with it.

The Poly-Vi-Sol is great at helping them get their vitamins and energy level up also, especially when they are sick.

Mine also go apey over finely shredded cheese. They get that daily as well - the itty bitties and the big girls. Also high in protein and calcium.

Welll unfortunately after staying up till 2 Am with this baby, it has passed on. I am so sad. I was encouraged by the chick getting up more, and walking aroound, so I went to sleep. My 8yr old woke me up with the news.
