Chick not right, butt smells?

I'm still struggling with this chick. I cleaned her up a LOT, but I still can't clearly see a vent--and she's still not eating and chirping her head off. I've attached a pic I just took. The vent is not where I expect it to be--it seems to be up and to the left or something. I've held her under warm running water, I've used a gentle sprayer, I've scrubbed her with shampoo, I've applied coconut oil . . . sigh. I'm stuck.
It's very hard to tell in the photo :(
Do you have someone that can take pictures for you? It may be easier to see if the down is wet and you can move the fluff away from that area? Makes sense?

Maybe it has a deformed pooper? :idunno

I keep expecting the vent to be below the bald place—I thought the scabby looking think in the yellow feathers was the belly button. Am I wrong?

I truimmed some feathers away so you could see—I am beginning to think she doesn’t have a vent. (i had a severe cross beak in this same clutch). You know how you can see the vent pulsate when a chicken is chirping? I can see a place that moves when she cries, but it’s not a vent. It’s just skin. :-(

Yikes..Possibly culling it is a better thing to do?
