Are you sure it's 4 weeks old?

Do me a favor, place the bottle of Corid next to it and take a picture so I can get a size reference.

Also try comparing the weigh of the chick vs. the bottle of Corid. That bottle weighs a little more than 1 pound.

Yes she was hatched last month on the 28th, just a few days shy of being a month old. She’s a silkie leghorn mix, the rooster is very small and the hen is somewhat small. She weighs less than the Corid :-/

At 4 weeks I would expect here to weigh much less than a pound, so don't worry about her weight. Do you think she weighs 1/4 or 1/2 the weight of the bottle?

If you think she weighs 1/4 pound you can give her 0.05 ml of undiluted Corid orally. I think that's probably about 3 drops. This is okay to do in addition to her medicated water.

I saw this thread this morning, and it's been in the back of my mind since. I read this in Storey's Guide to Raising Chickens earlier, and I thought it sounded similar to what you were talking about, too. You have some great suggestions already, but I wanted to bring your attention to it because the symptoms sound so similar.
Botulism
"...A botulism poisoned bird gradually becomes paralyzed from the feet up. Initially the bird sits around or limps if you force it to move. As the paralysis progresses through the body, the wings droop and the neck goes limp, giving the condition its common name, limberneck."
That might not be, and in fact probably isn't, it, but if your chicks symptoms continue in that vein I'd keep it in mind. Chicks can contract botulism from rotting vegetables, among other things, so if the chick's been exposed to those that could be a cause.
