chick pecked

last nite i had a chick that got peck no the left side of the vent. I put a&d original ointment on the spot and the other chicks have not be bug ing him no more. But will the A&D hurt the chicks.

I wouldn't think it would hurt them. Are they still pecking at it?? Anyone else??

No they are not pecking him no more. Rite after i put it on him and put back in the brooder one got him a taste of the A&D and didnt like it.
