Chick pipped in unfortunate spot, should I turn egg?

So just an update, she hatched without incident! I started with 7 eggs, one never developed, and 5 have hatched. The other looks completely full, but doesn't seem to have pipped internally, so I'll give it another day or so and see what happens.
