Chick plucking out feathers feom others

Hi, my 12 day old chicks is pulling out the other chicks feathers. Now all of them except the 1 has bald patches by their crops. 1 of them is a bit bruised.
I'm really worried
 
That's usually a sign that they are either too crowded, are not getting enough protein, or both.

How many do you have in how much space?
What are you feeding them?
 
I'm feeding them chick crumb it's 20% protein. I contacted a quail breeder in ireland cause I couldn't find anything and he said he uses it without problems.
I might have to give him scrambled egg more. None of the others do it.

20% protein is too low for quail chicks. It's okay for adults (not great, though) as long as you supply enough calcium on the side.

Quail chicks need 28-30% protein feed. Can you find turkey starter? That is usually good if you can't find game bird/pheasant starter.
