Chick possibly swallowed wood chip?

Hey so I have a 1 month old baby chick and we think she swallowed a wood chip. She has been sneezing, hiccuping, its hard for her to breath and she has lost weight. How do we help her get the wood chip out? No runny eyes, no mucus or any other discharges. Her face is a little swollen.
